Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

7–12 business days

Tracking Information

All orders include tracking.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update after shipment.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we are not responsible for lost packages.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Pawtronix Labs is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

We will do our best to help resolve the situation.


Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or natural events.
