At Pawtronix Labs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Do not send items back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address after approval.


Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error

  • Items returned without prior authorization


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or defective product).


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence. We will resolve the issue promptly.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company.

  3. Contact your bank.
